Rehearsal & Performance Schedule

  • Saturday, September 19 (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM): Rehearsal at Assiniboine Park (in front of the Lyric Stage). Note: Due to our inability to hold this rehearsal at Kazka, we will meet outdoors weather permitting. Rain location is 205 Roseberry (Coralise's family church)

  • Sunday, September 20: No rehearsal

  • Saturday, September 26: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday, September 27: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Saturday, October 3: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday, October 4: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Saturday, October 10 & Sunday, October 11: No rehearsal (Thanksgiving Weekend)

  • Saturday, October 17: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday, October 18: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Saturday, October 24: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Sunday, October 25: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Saturday, October 31: No rehearsal (Halloween)

  • Sunday, November 1: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Dress Rehearsal)

  • Saturday, November 7: Performance Day

Performance Day Details (Saturday, November 7)

Below are the specific details for performance day, as confirmed by event coordinators:

  • On-Site Rehearsal: 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM

  • Performance Time: 6:45 PM

  • Action Required: Please submit any dietary restrictions for your dancer as soon as possible for the event coordinators.

Important Schedule & Rehearsal Notes

Rehearsal lengths have been increased for select dates (including time updates on Oct 25 and Nov 1) to make up for our late start. If rehearsals progress well in the coming weeks, times may be shortened accordingly.

Fees & Costumes

  • Participation Fee: covers instructor time and required costume pieces. Payment instructions will follow shortly.

  • Costume Requirements: Dancers may be asked to provide minimal items or use pieces they already own (e.g., white bodysuits and tutus). Further details will be shared soon.
