Meeting recap & main points:
- We have been asked to be the entertainment at the "Crystal Ice Gala" for Children's Hospital on Saturday November 7, 2026 at approximately 5:00pm. Total commitment the day of the event is about 2 hours
- There are only 10 weeks of rehearsals so your child must commit fully in order to be considered because there will be emergencies or back to school colds that will inevitably come up
- This is HUGE! We are showing ourselves to the community at large for the first time. We need to look fabulous to wow and amaze!
- Saturday rehearsals are from 5:00-6:30/7 and Sunday's are 1:00-3:00
- There will be a monetary amount attached to this opportunity in order to pay the teachers and acquire costume pieces. Expect it to be about $100.00
- This will be a joint ballet, hip hop and lyrical/contemporary piece
