Elements of classical ballet, pilates, stretching and light weight training come together to make this unique and musical dance fitness class.

Contemporary

This intermediate/advanced class encourages dances to connect emotionally to movement. Perfect for experienced adult dancers wishing to find meaningful connections through dance.

Hopakercise

Hopakercise (Ho-PAWK-ehr-size) is a high energy and fun forward dance inspired fitness class exclusively developed by Kazka Dance Collective owner Kristina Frykas. Hopakercise brings pilates, ballet, fitness and Ukrainian dance together delivering a high intensity, energetic and fun workout. Guaranteed results in cardio, strength and flexibility.
